Four Year BA/BSc Honors course to be introduced in Bangalore University

Bangalore University announced that it will introduce four year BA/BSc honors course from academic year 2021-22. Prof. Venugopal , VC Bangalore University informed that the courses will have the provision of multiple entries and exits. The courses are multi disciplinary in nature . They are also skill based and it will also help the students choice of electives among the various disciplines that meets the objectives of new National Education Policy. The courses will also have an exit option at end of year year of the four year course. ” Students who want to exit at first year  can avail themselves of a certificate in Arts/Science, exit at second year will get them a diploma, exit at third year will get them a degree and successful completion of four years will get them BA/BSc Honors”, – Official statement. The number of seats for the courses are 30 each for both BA &BSc. To secure admission in science courses, students should have studied maths at 10+2 level.
