Pondicherry University to reopen in a Phased manner
Pondicherry University to resume classes from October 25, 2021.
Since the COVID 19 infections came down in the union territory, Pondicherry university plans to reopen its campus from October 25 in a phased manner. During the first phase classes for research scholars of science, engineering and technology and students of fourth and fifth year research scholars of humanities and period extended scholars will commence. For the remaining PhD scholars, classes will resume on November 15, 2021. Classes for final year postgraduate students and third year postgraduate( Integrated courses) students of science , engineering and technology will begin on December 6, 2021. Students of final year postgraduate courses , third year post graduate ( Integrated courses) students who belong to social sciences and humanities stream will begin their classes in offline on January 17, 2022. Regarding the reopening for students other than mentioned above, will be decided later.
