The NEET Phase 2 registration process will also start soon. Prior to the release of the answer key, the NTA will make available scanned images of OMR answer sheets and recorded student responses.

On September 12, the National Testing Agency (NTA) held the National Eligibility Cumulative Entrance Test- Undergraduate (NEET UG 2021).

The NEET UG 2021 result will be based on the final answer key. The NEET UG merit list or All India Rank (AIR) will be prepared by NTA in accordance with the NEET qualifying criteria.

Students will be able to change the NEET UG 2021 provisional answer key after it is released for a fee of Rs 1,000 per answer changed.

The official authorities will revise the changes made by the students based on the responses, and then the NTA will prepare the final answer key.

Because OMR sheets are machine gradable, the NEET UG result will not be rechecked or re-evaluated after it is released.

Students who have taken the NEET UG 2021 will be required to achieve minimum qualifying marks in order to be admitted to undergraduate medical programmes.

The NEET UG 2021 percentile will be determined by the highest marks obtained in the NTA’s all-India common merit list.

The NTA will prepare the NEET UG 2021 result, and if two or more students receive equal marks or percentile scores, the merit will be determined using a predetermined procedure.
