IIT Delhi & IIT Delhi collaborates to set up Medical Cobotics Centre
MoU was signed for setting up the centre
TIHs (Technology Innovation Hub) of IIT( Indian Institute of Technology)Delhi and IIIT ( Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology) Delhi has jointly signed a MoU for setting up country’s first MCC(Medical Cobotics Centre) at IIIT Delhi. This will be a technology enabled medical stimulation. It will assist in training of healthcare professionals, engineers , paramedical staff etc. Leading experts such as faculties from AIIMS , are consulted in designing the training programmes of the centre. Multiple level programmes such as basic/advanced are available along with cohort specific ones such as urology , neurology , laparoscopy etc. The centre will boost the researches in robotics and digital health.
