Correction window will be opened till November 15 for GATE 2022
IIT Kharagpur extends the application correction window deadline
GATE(Graduate Aptitude Test) 2022 application correction window will be opened till November 15. Candidates can make changes in category, gender, exam city or paper applied for. Application details can be edited in the official website, gate.iitkgp.ac.in. Three examination centres have been removed for the examination. They are Sonepat, Panipat & Idukki. It is also informed that those candidates who have opted for these centres are requested to change them . No fee is required to change the removed centres from examination centre by candidates. Two new papers have been introduced this year for GATE 2022, namely- Geomatics Engineering (GE)& Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering(NM). GATE 2022 is scheduled from February 5,6,12& 13, 2022. Examination will be computer based and will be conducted in two sessions. The timing will be from 9 am-12pm & 2.30 pm- 5.30 pm. GATE examination is conducted for admission to PhD & Post Graduate Programmes in IITs. GATE qualified students are eligible for Government scholarships /assistantships and also PSU jobs.
