Central University of Gujarat (CUG), established by the Parliament of India through the Central Universities Act (2009). With a vision to establish itself as a center of excellence, CUG offers a spectrum of courses under its 6 schools, namely:

The university offers 2 UG courses, 18 PG courses, and 12 courses at the doctoral level. The university conducts its entrance exams for admission to various courses.
B.A. Admission
The university offers a B.A. in German Studies and Chinese under the school of Language, Literature, and Culture Studies for a duration of three years. Admission to the above-mentioned programs will be done solely on the basis of merit secured in the 10+2 qualifying exams.
M.A. and M.Sc Admission
offers 12 PG courses, under its various departments for the duration of 2 years. Admission to these UG courses is done on the basis of a computer-based entrance test conducted by the university.
M.Phil & Ph.D. Admission
The university offers Ph.D. & M.Phil doctoral courses in different specializations. The admission to the doctoral courses is done on the basis of a computer-based entrance test conducted by the university. The eligible candidates can apply through the application form available at the official website of the university.
