After a lengthy delay, the JEE Mains 2021 exam was held online on August 26, 27, and 31, 2021 for admissions to B.E/B.Tech programmes.
JEE Main 2021 Session 4 concluded on September 2, and students had until September 8 to file provisional answer key objections.
Following that, the final answer keys were made available. Since then, the JEE Mains 2021 result has been awaited on jeemain.nta.ac.in.
The education ministry has now stated that the results will be made public on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Amit Khare, Education Ministry Secretary, stated that the JEE Main 2021 result for Session 4 would be released on Wednesday, September 15.
7.32 lakh students have been waiting for the JEE Main 2021 results for Session 4 since September 11.
Registration for JEE Advanced 2021 was supposed to begin on September 12, but due to the delay in the release of the JEE Main 2021 results, the registration date for JEE Advanced was also pushed back to September 13.
Now that the JEE Main 2021 results have been delayed yet again, it is expected that the JEE Advanced 2021 registrations will also be delayed.
Only the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main qualifiers are permitted to take the JEE Advanced exam.
